Arome's charming ambiance, lovely staff, especially Fabio's warm service, and the daily fresh croissants were highlights of my stay! The only downside was the tiny shower, but the overall experience was delightful and cozy. Can't wait to return!

what an absoluteley terrrible experience at arome. i almost overlooked the noise from upstairs, but the reception is just a lame table in a staircase, not very upscale. also, i couldn't help but feel insulted by the lack of complimentary treats for guests like myself—what a missed opportunity for a fancy hotel!

The reception setup resembles a haphazard arrangement in a staircase hallway, lacking any real hotel ambiance. My room had a window facing an uninviting building shaft, resulting in minimal natural light. Furthermore, the inability to open the window due to mosquitoes felt limiting, especially when fresh air was needed. Not ideal considering the price paid for the stay.

Positive, I had a fantastic time here. The quirky artwork throughout added a unique vibe. Fabio and Barbara were incredibly helpful, offering great tips for exploring the area. The location was perfect, just a stroll away from the seafront. Loved the cozy atmosphere! 😊

Despite this, the hotel was clean and clearly well-maintained. The location is prime, just a short walk to the beach and tram. Overall, I would highly recommend this hidden gem despite a couple of minor issues.
